Riga Shipping Dinner 2019 Announcement

Traditional annual event Riga Shipping Dinner will be held on the 11th April 2019 for the fourth time.
We are pleased that Riga Shipping Dinner has taken permanent position on the agenda of the regional industry leaders — there are 250 participants from 19 countries registred for Gala dinner at the Blackheads House: shipowners and top-level executives of companies operating in the shipping sector of Baltic, North and Black Sea regions. And it became good tradition that the event is sold out weeks before it starts!
Riga Shipping Dinner has become an important communication platform for shipping business and the premier place with opportunity to meet shipowners and top-level executives all at once. It allows informal communication with colleagues, making new business contacts and just relaxing in the welcoming atmosphere made up by good music, elegant interior and gourmet food and beverages.
The event will start with conference dedicated to digitalization of maritime trade, marine cyber risks, dealing with mass media and other interesting topics.
Famous Riga’s ladmark, House of the Blackheads, will host Gala Dinner with the special menu selected for our guests by chefs of restaurant “OZO”. As always our guests will be able to relax at cigar terrace, take part in the lottery and enjoy musical performances from:
- the saxophone quartet “n[ex]t move” – the first ladies’ saxophone quartet in the Baltics and
- Jazz group “Big Al & The Jokers” – nine attractive musicians with charming soloist Algirdas Shuminskas.
On the next day guests of Riga Shipping Dinner will have an opportunity to take part in the Golf Event at Ozo Golf Club. Green cards holders will be able to join Golf Tournament, but others will be able to enjoy golf training by professional staff of the Club.
