Marine Insurance Services SIA (MIS) acquired 100% shares of non-marine insurance broker Musu Dominija SIA.
Musu Dominija SIA was established in 2006 as a non-marine insurance broker and built up an excellent reputation within Latvian insurance industry.
They are well known as specialists in motor, property, health, accident and liability insurance for commercial enterprises and private individuals. Musu Dominija SIA will become a member of Marine Services Group but will continue to operate under their traditional trademark. We know Musu Dominija SIA and their team for a long time and used their knowledge and expertise in non-marine insurance for nearly ten years.
We are happy that we can become even closer and use the unique cross-sales opportunities, which will certainly benefit our clients, especially in transport and port markets.
